It’s it. The day we’ve all been waiting for. The day that Marvel put Captain America’s resurrection into motion over Brubaker’s dead body. No wait, that’s wrong, Brubaker’s writing it. Didn’t he say he wasn’t going to bring Cap back? See I thought Marvel’s way around that particular inconvenience would be to hire another writer to do the dirty work. But apparently not.

Not that I’m not excited to have Cap back. Believe me, I am. Just thought they’d take a little longer for it. Now all we have to wait on is Batman’s eventual resurrection.

This just goes to show we should never believe they’ll be dead forever. I mean, look at Jason Todd.

Welcome to Allison Explains It All! In the works of getting everything up and moving, obviously, but here’s a brief preface. Allison Explains It All will (soon) be a lovely blog from which I can vent all of those frustrating questions that comics seem to inspire everything from “What’s the Origin of El Claw anyway?” to “What IS Final Crisis about?” Contact me with any questions that YOU have about a comic or one of those dreaded hanging thread, unresolved story-lines and I’ll do my best to explain it!
